Benjamin Boas, Fullbright student of mahjong cultures, and Kajimoto-san from the Mahjong Museum. Translations of mahjong literature into English is underway and Kajimoto brought us some initial samples of this. An insight into the Japanese expert riichi strategy is most valuable for the English-speaking mahjong world, not least in the light of the upcoming 2008 European Riichi Championships.
