World Mahjong Championship 2007. Emeishan, 30 October 2007

A little trip in the beautiful surroundings near the Hong Zhu Shan hotel.

The trees has little signs on them telling their age. The impressive tree on the right claimed an age of 800 years.

The Danes and the Finn were invited for dinner by Andy Zheng. Also there: Liang Jianguo (far right), Gao Yuting, Wang Yingfu and (I believe) Cui Guilu. (The Chinese Chief Referee, arbitrators, and Vice Chief referee).

Luckily I was seated next to Mr. Gao's wife, Mrs. Huang Danxi. She made sure that I (as well as Juho and even Morten two seats away) were served with nice delicacies from the carousel. That was a nice help since the chop sticks were not completely familiar for reaching far and I was busy talking or following conversation most of the time.

Liang Jianguo made a personal toast with all present, but Juho got the special challenge (or honour) of "san" - three toasts in a row.
